British Showjumping Area 12 Academy Training on 25/06/19 at Stampley Moss Farm, Blaydon, NE21 6LB with Philippa McKeever (BS level 4 coach).

One hour lessons in groups of three working around a course. The cost is £30 per rider. Lessons will run between 16.30 and 20.30 hours and riders will be grouped in order of jumping height.

This clinic is aimed at riders of any level (juniors and seniors) jumping from 50cm upwards, including non BS members or those thinking of joining BS in the near future. This training is also ideal for junior members wishing to be considered the National Academy Teams Competition at Stoneleigh on 12/08/19 - 13/08/19.

When booking please state the earliest time you can get there and the height you are jumping. Places are limited so book early to secure your place.

The proposed group timings are:
4.30 - 70cm
5.30 - 70-80cm
6.30 - 90cm
7.30 - 1m +

These timings are subject to change depending on demand.

Event Terms & Conditions

That all Riders/entrants must be registered with British Showjumping as either a fully paid member, or at the very minimum a Web Supporter. This is vital to ensure that all session attendants are covered by the BS insurance policy in place.

Cancellation Policy – Junior & Senior Academies

If British Show Jumping cancel the Academy session a full refund will be given, or an alternative will be offered. In the event of cancellation British Show Jumping is not responsible for any damages, costs or losses incurred by participants whether arising directly or indirectly from cancellation, including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: stabling fees, non-refundable airfares, other airfare penalties, or travel charges that might be incurred.


No refunds will be given to those who do not attend the Academy sessions. Unavoidable circumstances will be assessed on an individual basis and a refund considered. Substitutions will be accepted at no extra charge. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing by email / message five days before the Academy session.
